 These  Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Southwestsix Chelsea Ltd  website (known as Southwest Six) and your relationship with Southwestsix  Chelsea Ltd (Southwest Six, we or us).

Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under the law.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not register for, or use, the Southwest Six web site.


Please  note that to use any of the services provided on the Southwest Six  site, you are required to register as an authorised user on the site.

The  Southwestsix.co.uk site is provided to you free of charge for your  personal use subject to these Terms and Conditions. By using the  Southwest Six site you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

When  you register to use the Southwest Six Site you will be asked to create a  password. You must keep this password confidential and must not  disclose it or share it with anyone. You will be responsible for all  activities and orders that occur or are submitted under your password.  If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should  notify us by contacting Customer Services (see below for contact  details) immediately.

If  Southwest Six has reason to believe that there is likely to be a breach  of security or misuse of the Southwest Six Site, we may require you to  change your password or we may suspend your account.

Southwest  Six lists descriptions with products to assist customer in  understanding the product and their buying decisions. Descriptions are  taken from material provided by the supplier or manufacturer, whether by  packaging, promotional material or information specially provided.

Whilst  we take reasonable care for honest and accuracy - Southwest Six does  not take responsibility for the correctness or value of these statements  and requires customers to make their own judgments in the buying  decision just as they would when buying the product off the shelf in the  store.


5. Coupons

1. Using Coupons

Coupons  can only be used online at www. Southwestsix.co.uk subject to these  general terms and conditions, and any other specific conditions notified  to you on the issue of an Coupon. A Coupon is redeemable through any  website owned or operated by southwestsix chelsea Ltd.

A  Coupon is redeemed by entering its code at the appropriate point in the  online purchase process. Redemption may be subject to you providing  proof of entitlement to use the Coupon.

Your use of an Coupon indicates your agreement to be bound by these Coupon Terms and Conditions.


Southwestsix Chelsea Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or cancel an Coupon for any reason at any time.


2. Distribution of Coupons

Coupons are, and remain at all times, the property of Southwestsix Chelsea Ltd.

The  right to use an Coupon is personal to the original recipient and may  not be transferred. No Coupon may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or  published directly or indirectly in any form or by any means for use by  an entity other than the original recipient, or stored in a data  retrieval system, without the prior written permission of southwestsix  chelsea Ltd.

Coupons  distributed or circulated without the written approval of southwestsix  chelsea Ltd, for example on an Internet message board or on a "bargains"  website, are not valid for use and may be refused or cancelled.


3. Permitted usage of Coupons

Unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of issue of the Coupon;

1. Each issued Coupon will be valid for use by a recipient as explained when it is issued.

2. Only one Coupon will be valid for use per customer or household, as the case may be, and,

3. A Coupon may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer or Coupon unless otherwise stated.


Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase gift-vouchers.


4. Excluded goods and services

Coupons  may be limited to redemption in respect of certain products or services  or certain products or services may be excluded from the ambit of use  of the Coupon, in which case notice will be given to you at the time of  issue of the Coupon.

Excluded  goods and services will not count towards any qualifying conditions for  offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount.


5. Minimum spend requirements

Where  the redemption of an Coupon is subject to a minimum spending  requirement, the redemption is only permitted in respect of the purchase  of qualifying products which will be communicated to you at the time of  issue of the Coupon. Excluded products and supplementary charges, such  as delivery, gift wrap or postage & packing, shall not count towards  a minimum spending requirement.

If  more than one minimum spend offer is valid for use in an order, there  must be sufficient qualifying spend to meet the requirements of each  offer in total. For example, to use a £3 off £30 Coupon and a £5 off £50  Coupon in the same transaction (assuming that these Coupons can be used  together), you must spend at least £80.


6. Calculation of discount

Where  an online offer states that a percentage discount will be given on a  purchase, the cost of the qualifying purchases will be reduced by the  stated discount percentage.

Where  purchases are stated to be offered on a "VAT-free" basis, the prices of  qualifying items will be reduced by the equivalent of VAT. At the  current VAT rate of 20% this equates to a discount of 14.9%.

Supplementary  charges such as delivery or postage & packing shall not be  discounted unless specifically stated in the offer description.


7. Security and Fraud

We  make all efforts to protect both our customers and ourselves and to  prevent fraud. This also depends upon customers and visitors to our site  and shop following rules and procedures. We reserve the right to  prohibit usage or access by anyone breaking the rules or conventions and  may report behaviour to the police if it appears to be illegal.


PLEASE  NOTE THAT WE  WILL NOT SEND GOODS TO ANY ADDRESS APART FROM BILLING  ADDRESS IN SOME CIRCUMSTANCE WE WILL DELIVER TO CHOSEN ADDRESS. BUT  CUSTOMER MUST EMAIL US AND STATE WHY BEFORE WE CAN PROCESS THE ORDER IF  WE SEND THE ORDER BEFORE CUSTOMER CALL IT WILL BE AT THEIR OWN RISK.


8. Limitation of liability

At  all times our acceptance of an order takes place on dispatch of the  order, at which point the purchase contract will be made. If we are  unable to deliver the ordered goods we may offer you substitutes which  you may reject - we will refund, within 7 days, the amount paid for  goods we are unable to supply.

All offers are subject to availability and while stocks last.

Southwestsix  Chelsea Ltd shall not be liable to any customer or household for any  financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of  any Coupon or any failure or inability of a customer or household to  use an e-Coupon for any reason.


9. Miscellaneous

We reserve the right to vary or terminate the operation of any Coupon at any time without notice.

The  failure of Southwestsix Chelsea Ltd to take any action in respect of a  breach of these terms and conditions shall not constitute a waiver of  their enforceability. We reserve the rights in respect of these terms  and conditions at all times.


6. Refunds on promotional offers

Refunds  for goods purchased under a promotional offer will be based on the  terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

If  we are out of stock of any item ordered we may offer you a substitute  which you may accept or decline. This may cause a short delay in  fulfilling the order.

If  you decline the substitute(s) we will refund to you the amount paid for  the product not supplied, using the method for the original payment.


7. Damaged goods and returns

The procedure for damaged goods is:


1:  Please retain the damaged goods for inspection - our delivery service  may want to have the goods for insurance purposes. We may arrange to  collect the goods to be returned to our shop.

2:  Contact us as soon as possible, at least within two days of delivery to  you - using the contact form on the contact page - or by telephone.


3: We will agree with you either replacement goods, or a refund for the damaged items. excluding postage, and vat .


4: we will charge for all postage when replacing damage goods.


5:  customers aboard please note that if your goods are damaged during  transportation please consult your local Delivery Company First for you  claim


All of our goods are transported in a Bubble Wrapped Envelope applied to EU regulations

Where you change your mind


We will arrange for goods to be picked up if you decide, after the dispatch date, that you no longer want them.


As this is not due to faulty/damaged goods or failed delivery that was not your fault, there will be a charge.


Please keep the goods in their original packaging UNOPENED


Use our contact page to advise us and we will send you a payment link to pay for collection.


Once you have paid the fee we will arrange for Post Office to call and collect.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

please note that we will not deliver to any address except billing address.


8. Failed deliveries

We make considerable effort

in the automated e-mail you receive immediately after placing the order

in details published on site

and in the e-mail to you advising that the order has been dispatched to you.

It is your responsibility

to ensure that you have provided your e-mail address correctly and that you check your e-mail for notifications from us.

to ensure that the goods can be delivered as agreed with you - this will  be to your address for a signature where you have not given us  alternative instructions.

If  the delivery service is unable to deliver, they will leave a card for  you to contact them to arrange a re-delivery convenient to you. All  deliveries are weekdays.

You  may specify an alternative address or place to leave the goods either  when placing the order or by contacting us before goods are dispatched.  If the goods remain with the delivery service for four days* undelivered  they return the goods to us at our expense.

If  you ask us to leave the goods in a place that is not secure and for  which we cannot get a signature for receipt, their safety and the  condition of the goods is entirely at your risk and we do not guarantee  replacements. You may decide that it would be better to allow us to  leave at any nearby address for a signature for receipt and you are then  better protected.

Goods  returned to our shop may be returned to you for an additional delivery  fee (we will not charge you for the extra cost incurred in returning the  goods back to us). We will e-mail a payment link to you for this fee  before re-delivering.

If you decide not to have the goods re-delivered to you, we will refund to you the original payment

Less the original deliver fee and also deduction of the delivery service return fee that we will have to pay.

* this may be extended if you have contacted them and agreed a delivery date.


9. Excluded Services

The  services provided by the Southwestsix Chelsea Ltd Site do not include  the provision of computer or other necessary equipment to access the  Southwestsix Chelsea Ltd Site. To use the Southwestsix Chelsea Ltd site  you will require Internet connectivity and appropriate telecommunication  links. We shall not be liable for any telephone or other costs that you  may incur.

If  any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by  any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of that  provision will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of  these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

If  you breach these Terms and Conditions and Southwestsix Chelsea Ltd  ignores this, Southwestsix Chelsea Ltd will still be entitled to use its  rights and remedies at a later date or in any other situation where you  breach the Terms and Conditions.

Southwestsix  Chelsea Ltd Online shall not be responsible for any breach of these  Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond its control.


Any  person who is not a party to these Terms and Conditions shall have no  right under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce  any term of these Terms and Conditions but this shall not affect any  right or remedy of a third party which exists or is available apart from  that Act.
